Refund and Returns Policy
SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are fulfilled within 48 hours (working days). We offer two shipping options via Royal Mail Tracked services through Parcel2Go:
• Royal Mail 48 Tracked – £3.50
Delivery within 2 working days from dispatch.
• Royal Mail 24 Tracked – £4.50
Delivery within 1 working day from dispatch
You will receive an email with your tracking number once your parcel has shipped.
FREE SHIPPING
We offer free UK delivery on all orders £75 and over using our Royal Mail 24 Tracked service.
DISPATCH & FULFILMENT
• Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday
• Orders placed after 8 PM will be processed the next working day
• Orders placed after 1 PM on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
DELIVERY TIMES
• Tracked 48: Delivered within 2 working days
• Tracked 24: Delivered within 1 working day(Weekends and bank holidays are excluded from delivery estimates).
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
We do not accept responsibility for delays caused by the courier once a parcel has been dispatched. However, we will always do our best to assist you and help resolve any issues where possible.We are not responsible for parcels left in safe places, with a neighbour, or marked as delivered. Once the parcel has been successfully delivered, it becomes the recipient’s responsibility to ensure its safekeeping.

We hope you love your order, but if you change your mind, you have 14 days from the day your item arrives to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on baby clothing that has been worn, washed, or tried on, especially items that have had contact with nappies (such as rompers, bodysuits, or bloomers). This is to ensure the safety and cleanliness of all garments for our customers.

- Sale items are eligible for return, but only under the same conditions as above.
- Refunds are processed once the item has been inspected and approved.
